Do I need to fill out a form?

No. Post, tag us, done. We handle the rest.

How do I actually get my 5 sticks?

Once we see and verify your tagged post, we mark you qualified. The 5 sticks are automatically added when you place your next order — no code, no separate shipment.

What if I already have an order in progress?

The reward applies to your next eligible order after you're marked qualified. If we can't tell which order that should be, we may reach out to confirm.

What if you can't tell it's me?

If we can't match your social account to a Shopify order, we'll send you a short DM asking for the email you used to order. That's the only "form" involved, and it's optional — only if we need it.

Can I win the Creative Pour and still get my 5 sticks?

Yes — they're separate. Every qualifying post gets the 5-stick reward and is automatically entered into that month's Creative Pour.
